You’ve been registered, begin searching for your neighborhood pond contractor

From the home page, enter in your zip code to the first white box
Select a service from ONE of the three drop down boxes
Select “Search
If you are looking to broaden your search, sign up for our free account for full access
Next, select “View Profile” to see their work

You can try a different service that is similar to what you are looking for, but your best solution would be to sign up for a free account and expand your search area. Always check back as new contractors are joining daily!

If you are looking for a contractor further than 50 miles, you have to option to broaden your search
Next, select “View Profile” to see their work

Once you have searched for a contractor and you see someone who’s work stands out to you, select “Create Project
Choose your service from one of the three icons
Select the sub categories that match your projects needs
Give your project a name and description
If the address is the same has your default address, you can leave your information the same
If the address of the project is not the same as your default address, please enter that in now
Upload a photo of your backyard or current pond you’re having worked on so the contractor can have a better view of what you are trying to express
Review your project and select “Submit

When you have found a contractor that you want to save for later without a new search, there will be a white heart next to their name in the top right corner.
Once you have selected the contractor, the heart will become red, and that’s your sign that it has been added to your “Favorite Contractors” tab
Now, when you are looking for a particular contractor, they will be kept here and you’re able to search by name, by business name, or hit space bar to reset

You must be a registered homeowner
Once you are logged into your account, select the “Projects” tab
Here, you are able to view your projects that you have sent to contractors, see the status of your projects, create new projects and delete projects.

Once you have signed into your account and found a contractor, you’ll create a project with them
After the contractor has accepted your project, you will be able to start a conversation

Once you are logged in, select “Account” in top right corner
Immediately, you are directed your profile tab
You will see your current profile photo, on the right hand side of your photo is a blue camera icon
Select the blue camera icon
Select “Choose Photo
Begin browsing your images and select the one you choose
Crop your photo to fit the icon circle, select “Upload Photo
Once you are happy with it, select “Update Photo

Under “Contact Details” you will see a pencil in the right corner to Edit your Contact Details
Choose whether you’d like to upload a logo, watermark or both
Select “Browse” to upload your image

Scroll down to the "About Yourself"
Next to your “About Yourself” is a pencil to edit this section
This is where you enter information for customers to get to know you on a personal level

Select “Package Details
Choose “Add-Ons Details
Select “Shop Add-Ons

Enter your credit card details

If you did not add a location upon sign up:
Log in to your account
Select “Package Details
Choose “Add-Ons Details
Select “Shop Add-Ons
Select “Add Location"
Enter your credit card details

Log into your account
Select “More” on your tab bar and a drop down menu will appear
Choose “Invoices
Select “Add New Invoice

To Upgrade Package:

Log into account
Choose “Package Details” from tab bar
At the bottom of your page, select “Upgrade
 

 

When you see “Add-On Device", it’s because you’ve maxed out your 3 devices, 3 browsers, or you have cleared your cookies, you will have to contact support for this to be reset.

Depending on the package you choose, you will have the option to select from certain services. You can view our packages and available services on our Contractor Page.

You can change your services any time, within the parameters of your package. If the service you want is not available within your package you may need to upgrade your package

To Manage Services:

Log into account
Choose “Package Details” from tabs
Below your package type you will see “Manage” to edit your services

The service you want may not be an available option at this time. Please send us a note as to what your needs are. Whether you are a homeowner or contractor and we will try to assist you with the next appropriate choice or if there is no appropriate choice we will take note. If several homeowners or contractors are making the same request, we will consider adding it to our list.
